Expectations?

That sounds awfully formal and not fun. I promise - it’s not as bad as it sounds. Homard is not a conventional commercial venture and so the simple equation of money for food, wine & service doesn’t apply. When going off the beaten path, it’s always best to be as clear as one can be upfront.

What You Get

A 10+ course dinner, offering the best I can provide and a leisurely evening with friends and family in a private setting. Hopefully you’ll also choose to do the wine & beverage pairing with you meal, in which case you can expect handpicked accompaniments that will accentuate and deepen your overall experience.

What’s Expected in Return

In exchange for the experience, you are asked two things: (1) reimbursement for the food and beverage purchased (but not any additional preparation costs - see more in FAQ) and (2) honest feedback about what you liked and didn’t like to continue improving Homard and the overall experience. Honest, constructive feedback is essential; disrespectful, impatient jerks will not be tolerated.

COVID-19

Everyone in your party must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (and you can rest assured that I am too). Dinners are served outdoors on a screened-in porch. No masks are required, and I won’t be wearing one while cooking or serving. (To be clear - I’m pro-mask in public spaces. In this small, private setting, I believe the many other precautions are sufficient to warrant a mask-less experience for all).
